How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our coffee daily in Melbourne. Every bag is marked with a roast date to ensure you receive the freshest beans possible for the ultimate brewing experience.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over $60. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes, our subscription service allows you to choose your favorite blend and frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you offer coffee ground for specific brewing methods?
Absolutely. You can select your preferred grindâincluding Espresso, Aeropress, Stovetop, Filter, or Whole Beansâon the product page before adding it to your cart.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if your hardware is faulty, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
