At ST. ALi, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any quality concerns.

Return Process

    Our quality control team will review your request to determine if a replacement or refund is applicable based on the product condition.

    Return Shipping

    If a return is required for non-perishable items like brewing gear, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

    Resolution

    Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or a fresh batch of coffee will be dispatched immediately.
